Who are GJA?

Grupo Jhosef Arias is a renowned Peruvian restaurant group based in Madrid, founded by chef Jhosef Cristopher Arias Salinas. With five distinctive venues—Piscomar, Callao24, Hasaku, Humo and ADN Origen Perú—as well as a catering service and a culinary R&D lab (BoldKitchen), the group offers an immersive journey through modern and traditional Peruvian cuisine, showcasing seafood, criolla, nikkei and street‑food specialties. Their venues have consistently ranked among the top Peruvian dining experiences in Spain

What did I do to help?

Social Media Management

I designed and implemented digital strategies through content calendars tailored to promote the group’s five restaurants across social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. Each strategy aligned with the brand identity of each venue and was adapted to seasonal promotions and campaign goals.

Community Management

I was responsible for monitoring and responding to customer interactions on social media and Google My Business. This included replying to comments, engaging with positive feedback, and addressing negative reviews in a respectful and solution-oriented manner.

Email Marketing

I created and scheduled email campaigns to promote events, special dates, and offers. Using Sendinblue, I managed multiple segmented lists and maintained high open and click-through rates by aligning messaging with audience preferences and restaurant-specific campaigns.

Content Creator

I developed engaging visual and written content for digital channels, including graphics, copy for posts, and promotional material. The content was adapted to the tone of each brand within the group and optimized for performance and engagement.

Video Film Maker & Edition

I planned, directed, and filmed promotional video content to showcase the brand’s culinary experiences and behind-the-scenes stories. These audiovisual pieces were used across social media to boost engagement and strengthen emotional connection with the audience.

Blogging and SEO positioning

I created SEO-optimized blog articles to enhance the brand’s visibility in search engines. Content focused on Peruvian gastronomy, chef insights, and restaurant highlights, helping position the group as a reference for Latin American cuisine in Spain.
